We can supply some images from our product range upon request.
If you would like to receive images of our products please fill in this short form.
Terms and Conditions
- This form is for application purposes and does not guarantee that your request will be successful.
- Upon successful application you will be issued with a reference number. This should be kept as proof of your authorisation.
- Authorisation is granted to the organisation and not the individual.
- The organisation is responsible for how the images are displayed.
- Image requests are successful based on the information you have supplied to us (AKW Medi-Care Ltd). If you intend to display them differently you must fill in a separate application.
- You may not edit the images in any way, other than to resize.
- You (the organisation) must state which images you require. We will not provide a complete library for any client.
- We do not provide illustrations.
- You (the organisation) agree not to share these images with any third party.
- You (the organisation) must provide evidence of the completed piece within three months of completion.
- If at anytime we feel that the terms and conditions we have set have not been followed by you (the organisation), we have the right demand that the images are erased.
- By signing this document you (the organisation) are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
If the application is successful we will endeavour to send you the images within a few working days. However, we may take longer during busy periods.
