Returning Your Order

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product bought from AKW, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery.

You can schedule a return by speaking with our Customer Services team on 01905 823 298.

Goods must be in an unused and in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, including all component parts.

Returns will incur a £45.42 Collection Charge.

Should you wish to return yourself, please ensure you notify AKW to obtain a Returns Reference Number prior to returning.

Goods should be securely and adequately packaged and sent to: AKW Medicare Ltd, FAO – Returns Department, Trade Counter, 501 Pointon Way, Droitwich Spa, WR9 0LW.

If a return is made using a third-party carrier, we strongly advise that proof of postage is retained.

If goods require repackaging, a 15% charge (per item) will be deducted from any credit/refund amount.

The following products are non-returnable:

• Made-to-measure products
• Kitchen units
• Any goods made in accordance with a bespoke specification
