As consumers, we all like nothing better than feeling good about a purchase we have just made. Very often this feeling isn’t just about what we’ve bought, it can equally be about the experience we had whilst buying it. It can also be the small things which can have a big impact in achieving this ‘feel-good’ factor.
Here at AKW we want to give you accessible solutions for your home, whether it be bathrooms or kitchens. We looked further than this, we created our offices and showroom fully accessible, for our employees and for visitors. Our offices are equipped with touch-pad doors meaning somebody in a wheelchair can easily enter our reception, wide walkways, lifts, fully accessible toilets, no steps leading into the buildings. Together this welcomes everybody to our offices and showroom, our end users can easily come and view our products in real life situations.
We also provide some of our employees with Rise and Fall desks, we provide these to employees as some of them face their own mobility problems. Our aim is to make them as comfortable as possible when in the workplace. The little things matter, keeping our employees comfortable and happy is a very small thing we do to make a bigger impact.
