Working Together for Better

 

At AKW, we offer ‘Career Conversations’, a programme which creates space for line managers and colleagues to get together and discuss their career and skills development on a regular basis.

We also work with external training companies to develop and deliver a wide range of tailored development programmes, and in July 2024, we launched a new e-learning platform to further enhance our training offering for our colleagues.

We are very focused on career training and development because we want to ensure our people feel connected to their work and mission of the organisation, feel valued for their contribution, and are motivated to grow as part of our team.
