Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product bought from AKW please notify us within 30 days of the delivery. You can schedule a return by speaking with our Customer Services team on 01905 823 298. We will require your invoice number and all returns must be in original packaging.

Please note that that the following products are excluded from being returned:- Made to measure products, Independence kitchen units and special order products.
