Our Grab rails are available in a range of styles to support all users and a wide variety of colours to aid those with visual impairments or users with dementia, both inside the bathroom and around the home in general.

AKW accessible ramps

Here at AKW, we have several different types of ramps.

Standard access ramps offers a simple and versatile solution for everyday use. The design minimises damage to upholstery/vehicles when in use. This ramp also features an anti-slip ramp surface and provides colour contrast for those with visual impairment.

Threshold ramps are available in either 6 inches or 3 inches. Moving and carrying ramp to accommodate needs is easy thanks to the use of lightweight materials. Ramp surface provides colour contrast for those with visual impairments.

Sulby ramps and step offers an easy removable access step - Designed to aid users with limited mobility. have two ramps and a step available as optional extras with Sulby shower trays. These ramps perfectly complement our Sulby shower trays.
