AKW is proud to introduce our brand-new Virtual Showroom, a dedicated online space designed to make it easier to explore our range of bathroom products.
While we believe that the best way to learn about a product is by seeing it up close, we also understand that our showrooms in Droitwich Spa and Middlewich are simply too far away for many of our customers and the people who use our products to visit.
So we’ve been working hard to create a solution, to find a way to bring the AKW showroom to the people who can’t get there themselves, and the result is pretty exciting, even if we do say so ourselves!
Available online at any time, without the need to book ahead or get in a car, the AKW Virtual Showroom is home to eight CGI bathrooms fully kitted out with AKW product, which showcase our collection of dementia-friendly solutions, level-access wet rooms, shower enclosures, and baths too.
In each bathroom display are easy-to-use icons which enable you to view specification sheets, brochures or videos for selected products, with three bathrooms featuring additional interactive functionality.
Two of these bathrooms allow you to change the finish of the wall panels from our Alvéo PVC and Marlbrook collections, with the third cleverly designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our Bathroom for Life solution.
Between several of the bathroom bays are three product display walls which highlight our range of shower seats, grab rails and showering solutions, and at the showroom entrance is the information hub, where you can explore our range of digital brochures, and find links to follow AKW on social media.
There’s also a Visitor Guestbook which enables you to leave feedback or request a follow-up from your local AKW Representative, if required.
The showroom has been designed to be simple-to-use and is easily accessible on a laptop, tablet or phone, with plenty of useful features to help you navigate your way around. These include hotspots which enable you to tour the virtual space, spin 360 degrees in all directions, and zoom in/out to take a closer look.
