AKW Joins Forces with the Easter Bunny

In aid of this year’s Easter celebrations, colleagues from across AKW’s Droitwich Spa sites organised an Easter Egg collection in aid of local charities.

Due to the high levels of generosity displayed by the teams, AKW successfully amassed over 135 chocolate eggs for donation to three fantastic causes within the community. These were:

Worcester-based Pyramid Care CIC, a fostering agency with a difference who work incredibly closely with carers to help children reach their full potential.
Areley House Care Home in Stourport-on-Severn, who offer the very best in specialist dementia care, in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
New Hope, a non-profit specialist provision working with families who have children with disabilities and complex health care needs in Worcester.

Volunteers from across the business helped spread a little joy by delivering the donations in time for the Bank Holiday weekend, meaning everyone could enjoy a sweet treat over the Easter period.
