In her 70’s, Ms. Oliver has been living in her house for 43 years now and had her bathroom installed a year ago. Ms. Oliver suffers from lymphodoema making legs very swollen and also with arthritis in the spine. She is able to move around in the house but uses a wheelchair for outside.
