Our Surveying team is currently made up of 10 members of staff, based nationwide who solely undertake measuring and designing shower and kitchen adaptations.
This team is set up purely to undertake maintenance visits. It is a team completely made up of ex-installers and plumbers, so fully able to undertake the maintenance requirements for AKW products.
The Technical Team are here to answer technical or product questions from you, our customers. They are able to check installation instructions and technical details with installers to try and work through any problems over the phone.
Our training van provides a service to our customers which is second to none in our market and greatly reduces costs for customers in sending staff around the country to be trained, as well as reducing the number of costly fitting errors by installers.
