Important Christmas Delivery Information

Our last delivery day will be Wednesday 20th December 2023, therefore last ordering day/time and last delivery date for specific areas are detailed below;

XPO Delivery/Collection dates

• XPO last delivery day – 20th December 2023
• XPO first delivery day – 3rd January 2024
• XPO last collection day – 13th December 2022

Customer collections

• 20th – 21st December 2023– no new orders will be picked, stock is frozen
• Orders already processed and picked prior to 20/12 will still able to be collected on 20th – 21st December 2023
• 22nd December 2022 from 6-10.30am only

Deliveries Cut-offs and Delivery Dates

We’re partnered with XPO Logistics to offer a nationwide delivery service to site, residential, or commercial addresses.

We’ll deliver your order to meet your project timescales and planning, whether you need your goods the next working day, or in the future, we’re happy to work with you to get the job done.

To help us provide our best service, please place your order with us by the relevant cut off times, as detailed in the table below.

Free Delivery and Minimum Order Values

Free delivery is available for all orders with a value of £330 or over. Orders below this value will then be subject to a £17 delivery charge.

Timed Deliveries

Our standard delivery hours are between 8am – 5pm. However, we understand that time is often of the essence which is why we offer timed delivery slots, so you can receive your order at a time that suits you best.

For an additional charge, we can provide an AM slot (8am-12pm) or PM slot (12pm-5pm).

Please be advised that timed deliveries are considered a premium service and therefore are subject to an extra charge of £27 – this is in addition to the standard delivery fee detailed above.

*Timed deliveries may not be possible in your desired delivery location, dependent on geographical area, please contact us if you would like to confirm availability
