Since 2012 we have had a dedicated team of Maintenance Engineers, who undertake maintenance visits on all AKW manufactured products in the UK.

All members of the team are ex-installers and plumbers, so with their unrivaled expertise they are fully able to undertake the maintenance requirements for all AKW products.

In a hurry to get our help? No need to worry, as we always aim to visit you within 3 working days* from your call to our Technical Helpline where all possible checks and troubleshooting will be carried out over the phone. Then full details will be passed on to your engineer.

After our visit, a full report complete with photos and findings will be produced so all of our work for you will be saved on record.

Like all of our surveyors, our maintenance engineers are all Scottish Disclosure checked and wear ID badges and AKW branded work-wear, so you can have complete confidence on who is visiting your property.
